Privacy Policy: 3WAY

Last updated: 27 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game 3WAY (“the game”, “we”, “us”) handles information. By playing 3WAY you agree to this policy.

We built 3WAY to be played, not to harvest your data. We do not ask you to create an account, and we never collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.

Information the game uses

1. Gameplay settings and progress (stored only on your device). Your sound/vibration preferences, best distances, lifetime stats, unlocked items, and chosen officer name are saved locally on your device using standard device storage. This data stays on your device and is removed when you delete the game.

2. Online leaderboard (optional). If the leaderboard is available, the game signs you in anonymously through Google Firebase (this creates a random ID; it is not linked to your real identity, email, or Apple ID) and stores your best distances and the officer name you choose to display. Please do not enter personal information as your officer name, since leaderboard names are visible to other players.

3. Advertising. 3WAY shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and process device information such as a device/advertising identifier, general (coarse) location inferred from IP address, and app-usage and ad-interaction data. On iOS, you will be asked for permission before any cross-app tracking takes place (App Tracking Transparency), and where required (e.g. the EEA and UK) you will be shown a consent choice before personalized ads are used. If you decline, you will still see ads, but non-personalized ones.

How Google uses this data is described in Google’s Privacy Policy and “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services”.

Third-party services we use

These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Children

3WAY is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices

Data retention

On-device data lives until you delete the game. Leaderboard entries persist until you ask us to remove them. Advertising data is retained by Google per its own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the game evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
